"There are several problems with the property that made the stay unpleasant and/or inconvenient. The most important one is the fact that it was not obvious to us that it was critical to communicate with the manager/owner before hand to get instructions on getting to the place and then having access to it. No one inhabits the premises, so to understand how to open doors once there requires a conversation with the owner. It took us a while to figure out where the building was (no street address)...

"Friendly staff, great views of lake and mountains, walking tracks left from the hotel. Comfortable bed, no problem to turn heating on in our room. No real bar service during day. The half bottle of wine I bought was very poor (we tipped it out!) Food in restaurant is very average and there’s no where else to go but again, the staff were as accommodating as they could be. Very kind!"

"Positives: Good area, walkable to resort, close to restaurants at the base. Great views from room. Get your own food cause they had all you need to cook. Sauna was nice and hot, heated pool was warm, had jacuzzi. Staff was friendly. Felt bad for staff because they were clearly making mistakes because they were under-employed. Almost all mistakes could be blamed on poor management. Breakfast had great selection but only of carbs. No eggs though, that's extra. Negatives: Overpriced for what your...

"The cabanas have stunning views to the surrounding lake and mountains. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, quiet and you can observe wildlife as well. The owner and the staff incredibly helpful including offering rides to the airport for more convenient rates than a regular taxi. You do need a car though if you stay here as it is isolated from town. The cabanas are comfortable, the owners make sure you have good heating and the kitchen is functional. "We stayed in a cuádruple. Great location and fun pool amenities, but you have to walk outside to reach the pool and game room. They are making some improvements. The pictures are a little confusing- some rooms have a kitchenette and some have nothing. It’s best to double check. We thought we were booking a different room. "
