"The room and all spaces I passed by were very clean. I liked the idea of not wasting water and not changing towels so often. The spa was amazing. It was a very relaxing stay. The hotel has a luxurious feel, like more than 3 stars. I definitely recommend people to go above all for the spa. It is totally worth it. And have breakfast at the hotel. So many tasty choices. "

"This hotel was absolutely perfect. We had the family room, which was two rooms. This was great for our family of two adults and two teens. The beds were extremely comfortable, the decor was so cute, and it was nice to each have our own bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful. We were there on a Thursday at the end of November. "There is NO live person at the front desk. There is NO place to store your luggage. When you check in, they sent you a text with activation code for the door at 3pm and when you check out your access is discontinue at 11am. What we suppose to do with the luggage??? "The staff were nice and friendly, really helpful! The aircon was dripping all night. The noise was so bad, doors slamming residents partying and shouting the worst hotel if you want to try and sleep. Luckily we were only there for one night because our flight got cancelled the next day and we flew one day before and needed a place for the night. "
