"Where to begin. The outside looks great then you get into the actual building. It starts off with no lighting in the hallways. Once getting to my room we encountered a Smokey, cold dwelling with hints of dog or other animal. I attempted to view our non-functional TV moving on to our patio impeded by plastic lounge chairs stacked up to the ceiling .
