"Cheap rooms but there are several better ones around for the same price. Annoying check with lots of paperwork to sign. Very thin walls so pick up the noise outside. Clean but very old rooms and bedding. Several floors but no lift. The hotel has a new and old building a few side streets apart which is confusing when try to find it. Make sure you know which you need. On the plus side, is cheap and reasonably clean. "

"The rooms were nice - The pool was a bit unkempt - definitely not as pictured when we chose this boutique hotel. It needed updating, clean up, and more umbrellas (there was only one). "A nice hotel in the east side of Chiang Mai, near markets and bars, massage parlours. It had a good range of breakfast items. The Staff were lovely and understanding. A good place for couples a solo travellers to stay.. "

"This was a very clean and simple room. For the price it was very good. There are few amenities but I wasn’t there for the hotel. I was there to visit Chiangmai. The AC was great and the shop was nice and the bed was comfortable except it had one of those heavy combination of blanket and sheet that they like so much. It may the women like them. They are way too hot for most men. I would stay there again. "
