"As usual, nice hotel, good rooms, good breakfast and all fine, except this time the room was like an oven and the property had switched off the ability to cool the room, so even at 16 degrees setting it was pumping out heat. Could not leave the window open due to train noise and had an uncomfortable sweaty night."

The next evening on returning to the room the room was very cold and the window open but the handle was broken so couldn’t close it.
