"We stayed here for one night to get some rest during our roadtrip. This hotel has thin walls. Didn’t get much sleep since we could hear the person next door snoring the whole night. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone scared of spiders. There were spider webs in the bedroom and in the bathroom. We also found spiders in our room. "Munkebo is a lovely place. However we are both in our mid seventies and have slight mobility issues and were offered a room on the first floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our heavy suitcases upstairs ourselves. The receptionist was not very responsive when I asked if only upstairs was available but continued to just walk upstairs. The room was very adequate and we really enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant. Next day we needed to check out early to be able to return our rental...

"Such a cute and peaceful property. When I booked I only saw pics of the room, so I was pleasantly surprised to see how lovely the courtyard was. The outside of the building looks original and well maintained, while the inside looks like a brand new hotel room. I appreciated the games provided including giant chess, ladder golf, table tennis, air hockey, and table football. Note that linens are not included but can be rented; and check in is from 15:00 to 17:00; so plan accordingly. "

"What an amazing little gem of a hotel right on the harbor in charming Bogense! The room was modern, bright, decently sized, and had access to a small balcony (shared with neighbor room) overlooking the harbor. It was well equipped with coffee and tea, mini bar, and snacks. Delicious breakfast was served in the hotel's little lobby/cafe - also overlooking the small boats and ships right outside the windows. Bathrobes available for those who dare winter bathing in the ocean!"

"This B&B is in a nice quiet area, but easily driveable to central Odense. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen for guest use was very convenient. The property is lovely. Our host was very kind and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing!"
