Highly recommend

I highly recommend this cute hotel in the center of Odense. You’re met by friendly faces, excellent service and clean cozy rooms. The continental breakfast is tasty and they go out of their way to make you feel it home away from home.

Excellent location.

Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Room was freezing cold first night due to radiator malfunction, but staff tried to help and issue was fixed before second night. Room was big, a bit outdated decor, but clean and staff was very friendly/serviceminded. Wonderful rooftop terrass with nice view over the city

Nattergalen gave us everything a family can ask for: clean room, superb service, very nice atmosphere, fine breakfast and central location. Some have given feedback on ground floor noise: we were not bothered by traffic.

Very welcoming

The staff were friendly and polite. They appeared happy to see guests and genuinely wanting to ensure you have a good stay in Odense. The room is very spacious and clean and the location is fantastic for me. It is within walking distance to all major attractions. Breakfast is included and for me its was great.

Great location and comfy stay

I stayed for 1 night. Room was spacious enough and quiet. Shower was good and toiletries also. Only pillow was a little soggy for my taste but I slept well anyway. Room had 2 reading lamps and no light on the ceiling so might be a bit dark in the winter. Breakfast was tidy and enough. Complimentary tea and coffee were available by the breakfast room for the whole day which was nice. Old town sights were a few minutes walk away. Train station 10mins. I liked this little hotel.

The room was VERY small for a family of three. The sink was very slow draining and finally blocked on our last night. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice but no toaster. The yoghurt and chia seed pot was very tasty. Free coffee and hot chocolate on tap 24/7 outside the breakfast room. Free enclosed parking at the rear so no need to park across the street in the public car park for a fee.

Hyggeligt hotel tæt på city og tæt på stationen.

Det er anden gang, vi overnatter på Nattergalen i forbindelse med Word-festivallen. Det er et lille hyggeligt hotel, som ligger perfekt placeret lige ved Odeon og flere af de andre lokationer, hvor der er ting på programmet til festivallen. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet og fri kaffe hele døgnet.
