The walk from the airport shuttle pickup was about 15 minutes, a very nice downhill walk, and about a 10 minute walk from the Pile gate. It’s in the heart of the Old Town, a perfect location for exploring Dubrovnik and a quick walk to day tour and taxi pickup. Highly recommended! "

"The location cannot be beat. Property is nice. Stairs only. They use a lot of students to manage it which is great. We had a fire alarm incident when we were there which was unfortunate because the students were not capable of dealing with the situation appropriately. Outside of that, it is a good place to stay if you want to be in the middle of Dubrovnik Disneyland. Lol for the side streets..."

Only a short walk to old town, but my two cents you want to be here and have the view. The only suggestion if your taking a taxi or ride to apt do not use address given. "Hotel was big, clean and had a nice view. Staff friendly and helpful. The downside noisy, limited sitting area at the lobby. The pool is nice, big but very noisy and lots of children. There is no space to swim. Food is good, coffee was very bad. Dinner time no drinks you will need to purchase water for 5 Euros a bottle. Overall great hotel for families with young children not for adults "
