"This hotel is conveniently situated close to the international airport - 15 min drive. Building inside is absolutely gorgeous, brand new and visitors friendly. We had lad late check-in and stuff prudently left us a key outside the reception. There 2 things that were disappointing. First, the room didn't have a jug with drinkable water or anything in the mini fridge in the room. We had to go outside around midnight to look for water. Second, the website showed the outside pool on the premises...

"Now this was totally unexpected. I am originally from Pernitz, about 20 or so km from Wiener Neustadt, but live in Los Angeles. On this trip from the USA to Austria we were visiting friends in Ljubljana, and after arriving in Vienna we had planned to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt instead of Vienna to cut the trip to Ljubljana the next day shorter. Since I am from Pernitz I never had any reason prior to this to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt, since I have family in Pernitz and Gutenstein...
