"The hotel in general is comfortable, modern, and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a good position in Ferrol with easy access. It has off the road parking both undercover (€7 a day) and free gated. Breakfast is a plentiful buffet with lots of choice including bacon and eggs. There was a problem with the staff as the cook had had an accident so it was not possible to have any hot food in the evening. "Great staff with great attitude. Probably the worst view I have ever had in a hotel room. Things that didn't work were quickly fixed. Clean, efficient, but nothing special. The 'Panorama' restaurant in the 4-star building felt more like a converted banquet room or a small college dining room. "I like the full 2 bedroom apartment experience here. Lots of space with reviews. Kitchen and full fridge. Very small supermarket close by. Bars nearby. A washing machine is also available. "Only stayed 1 night on business but what a place. Quiet location but close to Viveiro. Homecooked food depending on what is growing / farmed locally. 500 years old but extended and beuatifully maintained. Full of character. Beautiful gardens. Manageress was brilliant and very friendly. I would thoroughly recomment a stay there not matter how long. I intend to return next year with my wife for a holiday in the area."
