"Everyone should visit Alhambra at least once in their lives, and the Crisol Guadalupe is the perfect hotel for that. The staff is great —so friendly and helpful—and the restaurant is wonderful. I personally give it 11 stars, minus 2 as the rooms are not totally soundproof. Yet it is a hotel."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel on the first floor of a larger condominium complex. Service was excellent. Breakfast offered at a surcharge downstairs in a cute breakfast buffet area was very good. The location is excellent, two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Everything is walkable: shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. Loved it here. Highly recommend!"

I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial.
