"The resort is absolutely amazing! So many things to do we barely had to leave for entertainment. Perfect for families. Shuttle to and from beach was so convenient. I do have to say, it’s a little confusing at first because there aren’t many signs that explain things, but after an hour or two of exploring, it starts to make sense. "

"We were given an alternate condo than what we had originally booked because they were working on the building. The new condo did not have a wraparound balcony and did not have the same amount of beds as which we originally rented so we had to share beds. We could not use the balcony as expected due to balcony on side of building with no views. The code to get in did not work so had to call support. But they were quick to help.
