"This is an amazing place to stay if you're coming to Colmar for the Christmas market. The hotel is right on the main street where the market is held, but it's very quiet when the windows are closed. The rooms are historic but have been modernized, and are a special treat for folks from the USA who don't have regular access to this kind of special experience. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is in walking distance to the train station which is very convenient if you arrive and/or leave by train. The hotel is close to the center of the city so you can explore right from your hotel. The receptionist and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming."

Indoor pool looked wonderful but I didn't use it. This property is most suited to families, and is self-catering with small stove, fridge, dishes, pots and dishwasher; there is no daily supply of towels or bedsheets. Laundry onsite and you put your own garbage and recycling out. If you are alone, it will take...

"Great owner and staff. Friendly, helpful and pleasant in every way. Nice night life bar area and a great German style breakfast. Arrived too late for an evening meal but based on how busy the eating areas were I would expect the food to be excellent too. A must stay if anywhere in the area. We drove from Colmar and was well worth the drive."

Frühstück kostet 15 Euro und war qualitativ ok, aber irgendwie dysfunktional. Das Personal war völlig überfordert, Besteck, Teller und Speisen (z.B. Rührei) wurden nicht nachgefüllt. "
