"Wonderful stay at the Flaner Hotel. Everything was perfect - staff, hotel cleanliness, facilities, location. Couldn't be much better. A couple of little things - could do with a light over the sink area in the room, and USB ports would have been great, but nothing important. All staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommended and we will return."

"This hotel by far was our best stay in Warsaw. We stayed at Raddison Blu, Hilton also and this one was superior to the others. Staff were super friendly and wanted to be helpful. The most amazing buffet breakfast by far, one of the best we have ever had in all Europe. Price was definitely great value for what you got and the hotel was easy with small children. The only thing that could be improved is increasing the size of the gym which was tiny with a handful of equipment offered"
