"Good hotel in a car friendly area. The area around the hotel is not walkable. Theres fences and bushes everywhere that you can’t cross the street unless you get dangerous. "

"Was unable to check in online however self check in on arrival was very straight forward and had no issues, were even able to check in over an hour early. Room was spotless and ample size. Staff in the bar were on hand for anything we needed and very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again"

The WC had a few random sounds but was clean and not all of the window blinds stayed closed which would be worth fixing to block out street lights on front of building. A strong smell of cigarette smell upon entering building, unfortunately for those allergic/bothered, which I hope was a one-off. Otherwise staff was extremely nice, friendly, and attentive. Slept...

"The only problem l found was that the bathroom fans were noisy and took a while to go off. I could hear next doors and it kept me from falling asleep. Otherwise l was pleased. Breakfast could have been warmer but the mushrooms were fabulous. I would recommend the hotel with the provisos l have mentioned. Service was very good and made us feel valued."

"Had an excellent stay. The staff are so friendly and the place is very clean, quiet and unbelievably comfortable. One minor thing to comment on is the room, its very dark so sometimes found it hard to see. But overall, had a really pleasant stay and would definitely visit again on next trip to Belfast."

"The manager of this place let us store our luggage for the morning before we left so we could tour more of the city. She was also so kind as to give us a lift to the train station when all of the cabs across the city were busy! Incredibly kind person and incredible place to stay."
