"The place is kept very clean, staff are very friendly. The electrical gadgets are exceptional, the only drawback is l arrived very early for my stay with three kids and an infant, l felt l could have been accommodated better. Overly l enjoyed my short stay there."

"I was asked any requests long before check in: room with a mountain view or other and not by elevators. The view was directly into another building undergoing construction, which in turn will then be looking into someone else's room!!!!"

"Stayed for 3 nights Feb 2025. Hotel is in a good location for access to the centre but there is a lot of building work nearby including the new stadium. Drop off parking bays are available for 5 mins but no hotel parking. There are a lot of paid for parking options nearby. Breakfast is provided as a credit for the cafe within the hotel but we found this was a good option. "Loved loved loved staying here. It was so clean and the room was really big and comfortable. We found it to be the best value-for-money accommodation of our whole south island trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we tried one of the restaurants recommended in the compendium (Mumbaiwala) and it was fantastic. Parking is extra but to be expected in the middle of the city. Walking distance to everything you'd want to do in Christchurch."
