"Große (Ent)täuschung! Aus zwei Gründen: 1) Wir hatten ein 4 Personen Apartment gebucht. Es waren aber lediglich zwei Zimmer, keine Kochnische, kein Kühlschrank, auch kein Balkon. Das dürfte nicht als Apartment angeboten werden! 2) Wellnessbereich (Pool und Sauna) war nicht in gebuchten Preise inkludiert, musste extra bezahlt werden. Es müsste beim Buchen angezeigt werden, wenn der Wellnessbereich in einen 4* Hotel nicht inkludiert ist. Außerdem weist das Hotel große Instandhaltungsmängel auf...

"There was no shades on the roof window, nor a cloth to wash yourself with. Reception was gone after 7 pm and no telephone or alarm to wake you. The pillows were totally flat or so stuffed with foam that you could not sleep. The toilette was separate from the sink. Address states Unteraunern when in fact this is in Obertauern 10 km further!"

"Förväntar mig mer av fyrstjärniga hotell, mycket möjligt att andra rum/lägenheter höll bättre standard men den vi fick behövde renoveras och städas lite mer grundligt! Separerad dusch o toa dvs två pytteutrymmen istället för ett lite större och båda hade HÖGLJUDDA fläktar! Rar personal!"
