"We had a late check in. The room not prepared for a third bed, The couch was converted into a sleeper and thanks to the only staff person available, he did the bedding setup himself. "Check-in took a while as there was apparentice trying her best to accomodate our request which I greatly appreciate. Rooms are a bit small, but does not cause any inconvenience. Location is optimal; skyline plaza takes 4 mins walking, and there are other dining options near by. Having a bath tub is always great, though you might have to compromise high floors for it. Overall, had great 2-nights stay. "

"Staff is very friendly. Subway station Gateway Gardens is a block away from the rear of the hotel. Area is mostly a collection of hotels that are close to the airport, but it didn’t seem noisy at all."

"It was quite for right near the airport. About 17E from hotel to airport with a van uber. Saff are some nice and other's don't like tge fact i don't speak German. I always try use the basics if i go to a country i don't speak the language. As i think its rude not to. But they didn't seem to like the fact i tried. Maybe its just the way tgey come across. Best breakfast

"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."

"Liked the location of hotel - very central, everything accessible by foot. Even the towels and linens a bit outdated - the room, equipment and public areas in decent condition. Comfortable matresses, great sleep. Second floor rooms just around cafeteria where tasty coffee and breakfast served. Sauna is on 3rd floor, rather small but enough for 4-6ppl, free of charge for hotel guests. Shower for cooling down but hasn't been working. Generally quiet and comfortable place to stay. Hotel provides few local discounts, nice to use at town thermal bathes. Hotel is convenient to drive in, load/unload the luggage."
