"The best metro beach in Australia is Glenelg. I have lived in Coogee, been a life saver in Manly and Dee Why, I have been up and down the east coast and the west coast. Sure there are beaches that are more remote, but the activity in Glenelg is just right. Always something to do, but not so crowded it becomes a hassle.
