Our room didn’t get cleaned one day, so we had to go down to request some fresh towels. The woman working at the coffee bar was kind enough to bring them up when she had time. "Excellent staff make this hotel, which itself is tired Victorian grandeur. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Coffee in the room was a bonus and breakfast was served individually to each table."
