"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "Higashiyama onsen is a lovely, narrow canyon on the outskirts of Aizuwakamatsu. The red and blue sightseeing buses stop within 150 yards of the hotel. The onsen baths are not too hot. The food is great. Our room was a regular one and was spacious. All in all it was a very nice place. "
