"Hotel is nice and clean with friendly receptionists, though the family room looked a bit tight. We liked almost everything except their policy of paying for damaged stuff and soiled linen. It made our stay a bit uncomfortable as we could not be ourselves and relax to enjoy our stay. For example, I was charged for soiling my pillow case with the cream in my hair.
