"The hotel itself is very nice and historic inside. Our room was warm so I switched on the AC and we left the hotel. After our return, the room was still hot. So the AC wasn't working. At the front desk, I was told that they can check on this the next day as the AC was deactivated. We left the next morning so that didn't help at all for our sleep that night. "This is a nice, clean, comfortable hotel in a quiet area, yet only 5 minutes walk away from the centrum where you can find many cofes, restaurants and shops. Reception personnel speak English and they are kind, friendly and helpful. Tanya is an amazing young lady who makes you feel at home, away from home. "
