"The room was great. Spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately their fire pump system was faulty and therefore very noisy, until it overheated and we were evacuated at 11pm. After half an hour of standing outside with no staff around at all, we were allowed back in. Fortunately the noise was dealt with, enabling a good nights sleep. The hotel staff member that was there in the morning had no idea of what had occurred. Not much communication at all. "
