"We had a lovely stay at Pelicans, the check in process was really quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. It felt a little cold at night but the reverse cycle aircon really helped. Took a while to get hot/warm water otherwise we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend to others "

"Picturque gorgeous view of the beach close to shops. a short drive across the bridge for more options. The room was very clean spacious and the spa was incredible. Will 100% come back. Staff very helpful and friendly "

"Very difficult to park as the parking area was very difficult to turn into or reverse out of"

"A lovely charming little cottage quite unlike the first impressions from the street as the garden was quite unkempt. FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT. Inside we found everything we needed easily and were very comfortable. There were no sheets or towels but soon discovered we needed to bring our own. My fault as I am a shocker at reading small print. We had a lovely weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Fred and Sandra Alder"

"Property is great with excellent amenities. I booked and paid in full through Wotif yet all further communication was from Sourhcoast Properties from whom I had three separate requests for payment of the “balance” of $824. Three emails and three calls later I felt the issue was solved and was advised that their system didn’t talk to the Wotif system but kindly ignore the requests. Arrived to collect key and you’ve guessed it I was asked for the balance of $824. Granted the lady who attended was...
