Lovely new glamping pod presented like a 4 star hotel room. Was perfect! Semi-self contained had just the basics needed for a short stay for one or two persons. Very comfy bed and many channel options on the large TV. Very responsive and friendly staff. Can highly recommend the pods at Park Lane Phillip Island Holiday Park.

It was ok for a one night stay, but for $205 we were expecting more. Check in was delayed by more than half an hour, the cleaner didn't finished it on time and there was no excuses from the staff. There is no wardrob in the room, not even a hook in the bathroom and no space to put a tooth brush! They could put a few hooks and shelves therefor a convenience. The carpet was very old and dirty with old stains. The outdoor barbecue at the kitchen was not free, which was not convenientat all. The whole facility is very old, need some cleaning and touch ups renovation.

"The place did not have the ambiance of a holiday park; it looked like we were staying on the roadside. A park is expected to have beautiful trees and plants around it and be well planned. The room floor was also not properly cleaned, was sticky, We even asked the front office to change our room, but they did not bother."

Die kleine Hütte war super. Parken konnten wir direkt davor (kostenlos!). Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Besteck alles vorhanden. Saßen abends gern auf der kleinen Terrasse und haben der Natur gelauscht und uns gefreut wenn ein Tier vorbei gehuscht ist. Würden hier wieder buchen.
