"Location was great, right next to bencoolen stop on the downtown line which was really handy but also an easy 20 or so minute walk to the centre if preferred. Good amenities nearby. Was happy with room - compact but fine for me as solo traveller. Room seemed to have no sound insulation, my sleep was disturbed multiple times from the noise. Also was going to add on breakfast for some days but the hotel doesn't have its own space you just have a discount to the next door cafe if you pre-book so...

"Friendly staff, good location, bed and pillow was comfortable, water pressure easvgreat, good hot water. a/c worked great. Wet bath was a pain in the neck. Made entire bathroom soaking wet, floor would never dry, cracks between the tiles always had water, you would always get your feet wet anytime you went into the bathroom. Dehumidifier helped keep room less humid. Hotel cafe was expensive."

"I was confused by the direction from Jalan Besar Station because I misunderstood that I could not use the street that google map suggests due to under the construction. When I finally reached the hotel after 25 min of walking, the front staff was very professional and welcomed me with some advise how to use Metro system in Singapore. I highly recommend to stay a hotel near by Rochor station because it is very convenient to go to Marina Bay Sands. (No transfer and about 15 min). "
