Lastly the attached pub was a nice perk and enjoyable. My girlfriend has already said that we will still here again the next time we are in the area."

"The Knickerbocker room is beautifully decorated and has been tastefully updated. The bathroom is a really good size. There is also a cute private balcony. The home is very clean and doesn’t have any unpleasant smells that many older homes have. This B&B is close to many attractions in the Finger Lakes region. "Beautiful room and home, very clean!! Loved the amenities too. Amazing bathroom. Only issue was that the walls were very thin and we could hear everything other guests were doing. Since there are no TVs in the rooms, it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop at times. We felt like we had to whisper inside our room. Perfect for a quiet getaway but bring earplugs just in case there’s a snorer in the next room."

"The stay was great! We were dropping our son off at Ithaca college and my brother came as well. There was plenty of room for all of us to be independent and comfortable. The place was so clean, it seemed like we were the first to ever stay there. The coffee shop on-site was also great! We had everything we needed to make a few meals there as well. "

The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended."
