"Overall the experience was good. Some issues/delay with checking in due to a system outage, inexperienced staff. Room was very large and in decent shape expect for a few minor things such as the coffee maker had been used and not emptied/cleaned. Pool area was clean and very quiet. "

"Starting from the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like valued guests. The front desk clerk was so kind and gracious, she went out of her way to bring us wine glasses and a bucket of ice when she saw we arrived with bottle of wine. Our room was clean and comfortable, we sat and enjoyed our wine before heading out to dinner. The front desk clerk gave us a 10/10 restaurant recommendation for our dinner plans. The restaurant was a short walk away. We absolutely loved our girls...
