"A lovely, spacious room with very helpful staff. I left my keys behind and they alerted me to it by the time I had reached the airport and posted them back out to me. The breakfast was tasty, if maybe a little expensive for what it was. The pizza place next door was excellent and very cheap. Transport to/from the airport couldn't have been easier and the city centre was within walking distance. "

"Good location just a few minutes walk from the Westfield shopping centre and Promenade. Good public transport links. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly except for the Monday morning checkout which despite catching two different peoples attention nobody would come to help us check out. We just left our keys on the counter and walked out in the end as we had a train to catch."

A bit on expensive side for the location but considering the event going on, UEFA championship it was a very good choice we made. The area around was not the greatest one. Nothing going on and not clean. Surprised with Germany, returning there after 30 years "
