"This hotel is super close to Fukuoka station which is very nice. I mistakenly booked a smoking room and the room smelled really bad, they were nice enough to change me to a different room the next day though."

"Nothing not good at this hotel except the size of the room. As usuall, hotel's room in Japan is very small. Only suit with hand carry baggage for one person. Room is clean. Found black mould at toilet top though. "

"Chose this hotel as it is located about 10 mins from Hakata station and there are plenty of restaurants in the surroundings. It was busy at check in time and there was a queue a check in time which is a self check in. Room was clean and a bit small but as expected. "

"Friendly and efficient staff (it’s Japan, it’s the norm). Light breakfast every morning included in room fee. Comfortable bed, great shower (or bath), his and hers Japanese nightwear, slippers and accessories available on request. Great hotel."

"The property is walkable distance from Hakata Station which make it very convenient to find food and transport. There are many shopping malls around too. The hotel was small however services were good and room is very clean."

"I would give 6 stars if I could. The hotel room and lobby areas are spotless. Staff are also very helpful and attentive. Free breakfast was tasty and wonderful. You get to store your luggage for free for the day of check in and check out so you could go sightsee carefree. Amenities include PJs, coffee, tea, toiletries, etc. Overall very very satisfied with our stay. We also got a water view room so that was a bonus. "
