"We arrived very early in sapa and they had a huge lobby area to relax and wait for our check in. It’s a family run business all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food served for breakfast is amazing and their ala carte dinner is very good especially the hot plate beef. The room is cozy and comfortable with an amazing view and there is a heated blanket, room is true to the pictures they posted. You got to be patient with their hot water for shower though. You can just liaise with the staff...

"The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances.
