"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. "The hotel location is poorly designed, the floor is granite but slippery, couple of the customers already slope and felt on their floor. The location is located nearby couple of karaoke places and the windows are not soundproof, very loud, not to peaceful for sleep. "It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. Fortunately, they have a good staff willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but again the people working there made it a pleasant experience. They need new TVs in most rooms, new shower fitting, better Wi-Fi routers and/or extenders, and new batteries for the door locks. Even with the problems, I would still consider staying again if I could get one of the few good rooms."
