"As we checked in the receptionist asked us to pay €31 to cover any damage cost. He then stated this is the hotel policy and we would be refunded upon check in out of the hotel. As we checked out the hotel, the owner only refunded us back €20. When questioned the hotel owner he stated the €11 was for the local tax. Although €11 is not going to hurt my bank balance, it’s the basic principle, when booking the hotel via Expedia, the taxes are included. Also the rooms do not have tea and coffee...

"Overall the apartment was clean and roomy for a family with possible 2 young children, over the apartment was recently renovated and some ends were left untied (water pipe and electrical wire ) there was no safe or safety box in the apartment another point was the check-in had to be done and remote hotel (15 drive from the apartment) however the staff were very accommodating overall we enjoy the apartment although we feel we overpaid for the apartment at it current condition"
