"Really enjoyed my 3 nights here and I found it very relaxing. Staff are great, really helpful and very friendly. The setting is great and people in the surrounding area are great. The lake is fascinating as are the salt harvesters. The only negative point (for me) is that had I been travelling with a partner I would have wanted slightly more privacy in the toilet! (The toilet is the other side of a wall from the bed but this wall doesn't go up to the roof... and there isn't a door! British...

"The grounds are so beautiful, the walking paths, sitting areas and pool. The food offered at the restaurant was really good. Would suggest to improve the bathrooms in the rooms, include shampoo and ensure hot water. "

"I arrived to be informed that they no longer take online bookings and therefore my expedia booking was invalid. They said that they maybe could organise a room for later that evening but I would have to pay cash immediately if I wanted it. I left and found an alternative and have applied for a refund. The staff at the hotel were friendly but very clear that if you online book they doi not consider it a reservation."

"great location. good food. The water pressure in room is minimal. If you swim in lac Rose, wash off with pool shower then jump into hotel pool to clean algae off skin."

"This place is very nice and quiet great for a getaway weekend and if you love to swim the pool is amazing 😍. Celine was a great help . Only downside the distance is a bit far but again that’s what makes it perfect for a nice getaway. Found us a new spot 😊."

"I lost my money. Never got the chance to make it to the hotel due to bad weather and bad roads in Africa. I called the hotel, no one picked the phone. I called hotels.com to give a new date without paying, no action was taken. I still want my money worth for a new stay or a refund "
