"I had a reservation and a very late flight in. I needed to uber to the hotel which was 5 minutes from the airport. I had two reservations and the attendant took care of the situation. The room was clean and big. My only complaint was not being able to call directly to the hotel. "

"I stayed the night before a flight ot of Detroit. The surrounding area was great for an airport, but not if you are looking for great entertainment or things to do. This was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. I've travelled extensively and this room compares to the best. The room was comfortable, stylishly decorated with separate bath and toilet areas, a sitting room and very comfortable beds. The staff was nice and all the services were professional and efficient. "Great day for my four year-old daughter, surprised her with a waterpark. Every staff person we encountered was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely bring my family there again."

It's been years since i have been to a hotel that does not provide free coffee, and when you wanted to buy one they had 1 staff doing coffee, making breakfast, taking orders and cleaning up. This slowed the process quite a bit. Took almost 20 minutes to even order our breakfast. The rooms were outstanding and very comfortable."
