False advertisement. The pictures show pool but it doesn't have that. Complaint about it and got a little large room. Very dated old place. Expedia customers are give wrong location room near lift or stairs. Breakfast staff was trash and was very political about stuff.Cleaning staff was also pretty rude in knocking door. No manners. Except manager and Heather, all were trash. Highly not recommended.

A staff member at the front desk was not accommodating to our group. She accused us of being too loud in the lobby/dining area during regular hours and threatened to kick us out of the hotel.

It was easy to do the check in. The place was very quiet. There are superstores in like 3 minutes. Places to eat and gas stops nearby. Near Museums and other attractions. Great hotel! 👍👍

Comfortable beds (4 pillows always a plus), good temp control, nice walk in shower & bathroom. We did have a random wake up at 0130 from someone randomly knocking multiple times but other than that the stay was great.

This hotel was in a centralized location to visit the Henry Ford museum & other places as well. Good restaurants around. The only down fall it has is the very busy road next to it.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Very disappointed with the breakfast bar options. We were looking for dinner suggestions from the front desk lady. She was absolutely NO help just said she didn’t know what was available and that she just goes to work and home and doesn’t go out. This can’t be an unusual question from travelers! She made no effort to help us with suggestions

Cost way to much for Two night $466.00 hotel parties in the next room for both nights. Hotel staff did nothing about it. I’ve been a lot of money at this hotel in the last 4 years. I will no longer stay at this hotel ever again it was bad.

Elevator and area around entrance to elevator pretty dirty .... Telegraph Rd. quite noisy .... and you can actually here people walking around, down the hallway and in other rooms on your same floor while you are in your room trying to sleep .... BUT all in all better than most ..... priced a bit high ........ its a 3 out of 5 star
