"We requested 2 single beds as travelling with my son. When got our room there was a double bed with 2 duvets. We asked about 2 single beds and was told it was a bed for 2 people! Also bad planning on my behalf booking a hotel in Germany on the opening night of the euro's. Especially as Germany won, it was loud until around midnight. Breakfast was ok"

"The youg Phillipino Hostess was woundy. She was so helpful and answered all our questions. Provided excellent customer service!"

"There was no one at the hotel, I was just sent a code and the room number, and I was not informed about this until the day I checked in (so when I could no longer cancel the reservation). One of the reasons to stay at a hotel is because there is someone there to help navigate the local area. And the person I spoke to via the intercom was neither friendly nor helpful. The room was nice, even if it was three flights up (no elevator)."
