"This home was amazing and the village was wonderful. The owners were wonderful and did a beautiful job of accommodating us. The home was exactly what was described and more. We ventured to the castle ruins and it was easy access to the train and several very tasty restaurants. If we venture to Germany again we will stay here and we will recommend this beautiful home to everyone."

"We hebben genoten van de plek, rustig, ruim, veel privacy mogelijkheden in huis, als je zoals wij met 4 vriendinnen bent. Keuken uitrusting basic, alles is er. Fijn balkon en mooi uitzicht, je bent zo in de natuur. De wc zat in de badkamer, dat was soms wat onhandig. Prima plek! Gastheer was niet aanwezig maar wel goed te bereiken voor vragen."

"Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus und mit diesen Gastgebern sehr genossen! Ein sehr gemütliches und völlig ausreichend ausgestattetes Holzhaus, mit Herz und Verstand eingerichtet. Der Ofen war ein Highlight, besonders aber die zugewandte und umsorgende Fürsorge der Gastgeberin (niemals aufdringlich). Leisel und Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen, man kann ausgiebige Wanderungen machen, aber auch ein ein Freizeitpark und Städtetour waren drin für die Kinder (Auto erforderlich). Insgesamt...

"This is the second time we have stayed as my sister lives nearby. Spotlessly clean again and the hosts were there to check us in early. Gunter and Ulrika are so kind to our children, letting them play with toys in their house and garden. Nice touches are added like wine on arrival and snacks and chocolate for the kids. "A lovely, well-equipped house in a stunning location with its own fabulous garden. Brilliant for our family group of 10. Lots to do locally. The gem museum, gem mine, Celtic settlement were great trips and the open-air swimming pool in Rhaunen was much enjoyed. We visited Herrstein twice! Klaus and Anna were really helpful hosts. Highly recommended."
