"This place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately our trip started on "the wrong foot". There was a water outage which was quickly dealt with (pipe burst). But we were told the water was back on in our unit but when we arrived after running around the island for the day, it was still off. It did get resolved. "Room and restaurants were very good. No breakfast offerings was a problem. In room coffee was poor, instant only. Onsite grocery store was marginal at best. Lack of ice for room. Parking was a challenge, accessory road to park nearest to room was very rutted, rocky, and steep!"

"The hotel is conveniently situated near the ferry dock. It has a good restaurant specialising in the local lobsters and good bar. It is right on top of a nice beach and loungers are available. The staff are friendly and efficient. All in all a great place for a few nights stay."

"Great proximity to the airport. The hotel has an excellent restaurant on the top floor and great bakery across the street. We stayed there on our last day in Tortola.
