House was set up well and beds were very comfortable. Note: listing says washer and dryer, but we did not have access to it. Our property manager (who was awesome) would do laundry for you when you wanted, but you could not do it on your own. We even walked down to the resort below (which we had access to when renting the villa…a key card would let us drive down also). We walked beautiful Lambert Beach many times. The pool was incredible and the beach right down the road from the house was one of our favorite beaches. We visited the beach multiple times and never saw another person there. "What a quaint and welcoming home. We really appreciated the attention from the staff who greeted us and took us into town. Each room has a balcony and view of the ocean which is great for each guest. The kitchens were set up well with all appliances/items needed to make any meal, if interested. Would highly recommend. "

"2 families of 5. The layout of the house is amazing with views and sea breezes from virtually every window. Great common areas that easily accommodated our group. It is a very central location that is great for exploring all Tortola has to offer. Karen provided a great welcome packet full of information that made everything very easy. "Our Villa was everything advertised and more. The pictures of the property and landscapes does not compare to being there in person. We woke every morning to coffee, breakfast, and stunning sunrises from the terrace balcony. Evenings consisted of cocktails and breathtaking sunsets. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to congregate comfortably without feeling crowded. I have been to the USVI and BVI multiple times with large groups and this Villa and Staff outshined them all. We will be back !!!!!"
