"Everyone was on slow motion. Most of the food on the menu was unavailable and it took them forever to bring it. And the man and the bill was confusing. There is a nightclub close by and they played the musical musical all night very loud so you are a light sleeper. I would not recommend saying in this place."

"Excellent place to stay in Masindi. Very comfortable, large grounds, and accommodating staff. Huge swimming pool. Excellemt restaurant."

"The staff spoke very poor english and some not at all and so we had to rely on our driver to communicate. Although we had booked and paid for the room on Hotels.com well in advance, they did not have our reservation and knew nothing about use. They did not even know who hotels.com was. So at first they gave us 3 rooms instead of one and then wanted to charged us more. I had to call up the hotels.com reservation on my drivers phone as their internet did not work. Finally they understood and...
