"This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...

"Endnu et godt ophold på Svanegården. Der er lige præcis det der skal være, ikke mere eller mindre. Fine værelser, hyggelig opholdsstue med Danmarks bedste snack buffet! OBS: Der er ingen morgenmad, men der er fine chokoladeboller, frugt og kaffe i snackbaren, som ganske fint kan gøre det ud for morgenmad. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen. "

"Great reviews so booked at short notice, wish we hadn’t. The room was spacious but had a number of annoying or safety issues. First of all the blinds didnt go all the way down leaving bright sunlight streaming directly onto the bed. The bathroom was awful after a shower, just like a skating rink. "Lovely space, lovely place. Had some trouble finding it in the dark and were worried about missing check-in time (our fault for not having read the instructions carefully enough) but managed in the end. Unstable wifi but were prepared based on previous guest reviews. Excellent place to be if many want to plan a gathering. Would definitely stay there again. Thank-you!"

"The location is beautiful and the owner very friendly. We had one of the apartments, which is very spacious. The place is simplistic for a b&b. There was no provided soap and the shover door doesn’t close properly. This was disappointing. "

"Musholm Bugt Feriecenter had double booked, which meant they did not have a room for us when we arrived. They had sent us an email late in the afternoon telling us about the situation, which we had not seen upon arrival. In the email, which we only read later, Musholm took responsibility for the double booking, but when we talked to them they blamed it on hotels.com (which was not true).
