Couldn't fault anything about the hotel - the only slight inconvenience was the fact that late nigt room service wasn't an option. Overall though, fantastic!"

It is a large hotel, so breakfast and dinner times are busy at the restaurant. The buffet selection for both meals is good. Gym is available across the road in the shopping mall. Check in took longer than normal. 2 x Rooms on the same floor was requested when we made the booking (almost a year in advance) They confirmed the rooms will be close to each other via a phone call the morning of check in. However, at check in they informed us that they could not assist with the request. We booked 3 x rooms. The one Room 503 - toilet was running the whole time and could not flush. It was reported to reception."
