Front desk staff upon arrival was accommodating (in handicapped and can’t climb stairs) he upgraded our room because I couldn’t climb stairs to one near the elevator. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Front desk upon check out was efficient but definitely didn’t seem to be a people person that day. Rooms could use some TLC. Furniture was decent. Should be better pillows for a king size bed. Not just 4 smaller than standard size pillows. "
