"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."

There was one thing though that could have been better - it was not possible to switch my hotel room tv over to a different HDMI source. Because of that, it was not possible to connect my firestick to it. I think that's something for them to address for future travelers that might want to hook up a firestick, switch, or steam deck. "I have visited Japan 5 times now and this hotel is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, very nice and so clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was also incredible!"
