"We requested a bottom unit to have easy access to our ride, the area where we parked were terrible!!!!! Very, very icy!!!!!!!! No ice melt laid at the back of the hotel, definitely a safety hazard!!!!!!"

"The room was nice. It has a small supply of dishwashers, a big microwave and fridge as well as a dishwasher, this make it perfect if you are stay for couple of nights and want to have your own dinner. The breakfast was fresh and with many options. It is a perfect place to stay in family."

"For $160 / night in the winter the stay could have been better. It's dusty underneath the desk and at the corners i found out when i dropped something there. Body lotion was almost empty and not refilled, i did not bother to ask. Some kids above kept banging on the floor and noisy early in the morning. The location was nice with lots of stores and restaurants and close to west Edmonton mall and places we need to go. Parking lot has enough space at least no incapable driver who will cause dint...
