"Room was well cleaned. Cleaning staff were friendly when we passed them as we were departing. Room was quiet and enjoyable, bathroom tired and basic but functional and clean. Swimming pool was larger than expected and a peaceful haven. Negatives were lack of receptionist at departure, being presented with our “bill” and not being permitted to leave without paying… we had already paid. "The hotel is right in the centre of the town, it was easy enough to find with the Sat Nab, but parking is not that easy, we had to ride around twice before we were lucky to find a space near the hotel & is restricted 9am-6pm, ok outside those times, we arrived after 6pm and the hotel very kindly provided a disabled sticker for an hour or so in the morning. "We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pierre et Vacances in Loches. The apartment was clean, quiet and quite spacious (for the 2 of us) and we had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The parking was very good and it is a few minutes walk into the town where there are several places to eat."

"Amazing place. Spread over a very large area with small individual appartments, very clean and comfortable and private. Parking at the appartments could be enlarged or redesigned to have cars at the appartments instead of at the end of the road which meant you go wet if it was raining. Also a bit of a walk to the main hotel for meals. Excellent base for exploring the Loire area."

"We stayed 4 nights. Nice location with green fields and river at the back, attached to an old mill. Very typical 70s French hotel main building. Easy walk to Chateau and village both of which are lovely. Negatives, carpet stained in main areas in places and euro 9 per person for continental breakfast a bit steep, not included in the rate. Would definately go back clean and friendly. Gardens with nature trail for kids."
