Unfortunately it was a shared balcony with other rooms on the first floor … which I don’t mind … but wasn’t explicit in the room description and came as a surprise . Toilet unfortunately was tiny with a toilet , bidet , sink and shower extremely close together . Not suitable for claustophobics ! But overall hotel...

"First, I would like to compliment Sabrina at the front desk, who helped us find our way to the hotel from Mount Etna as our GPS was sending us in circles, she was patient and helpful and just beyond friendly.
