"We have just spent the most wonderful holiday in this villa. The owners certainly understand what it means to be a host. Communication before, during and after our stay was perfect: complete but not overly intrusive. The home was clean and elegant. The layout of 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms gives each room privacy, while the common living areas are conducive to socialising with friends or family. This will forever be remembered by us as a place of joy, beauty and comfort."

"Worth every penny… this place was a dream. Two patios with amazing views… the plunge pool was so much fun and gorgeous at night. We were living in a castle. Check in was easy, great communication before we arrived. There was even milk and water for us when we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful family experience."

"We stayed at villa carlino in the “Esclusivo ” apartment for 3 nights . The grounds were beautiful, the bedrooms / bathrooms were comfortable and all was clean . Unfortunately it rained for 2 days while we were there and we couldn’t enjoy the pool . It would have been nice to have an indoor hang out area ( living room ) where all six of us could fit . The location is great for getting to Etna and Taormina ."

"Beautiful house in a quiet area. Luxurious accommodation with incredible facilities and a really beautiful outdoor private pool. The indoor thermal pool was an additional luxury great to cool off after hot days in the sun or to use when the rain came. We didn’t pay to have it heated. The kids loved them both as did we. "A spacious and well appointed apartment within the Villa. The views from the terrace are spectacular and overlook the Giardini Naxos bay all the way to the Cape of Taormina. From the terrace of the main bedroom there is also a wonderful view of Mt Etna in all her glory. The apartment itself is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, hairdryer, bbq crockery Ian’s cutlery) and there wasn’t anything that we needed to ask...

"Villa Emma is just as described, beautiful!! The house was perfect and the pool was our favorite hang out spot. It is nestled among 4,000 orange trees with a view of the sea and Mt Aetna. The location made it very easy to see sites. Would recommend and can’t wait to bring my kids back!!!"

Major issues with swimming pool (out of action for 5 of our 14 days), with water pressure (20 mins for shower to warm up and then only a dribble), extremely loud and frequently barking dog. Although located in a side street it is adjacent to a major road - plenty of traffic noise during the day. Location convenient for Etna and the sites on the east side of the island."

"We loved our stay at Villa Etna Mare. The setting is amazing with the most wonderful views of Mount Etna and the coast. The villa is very well equipped with a great outdoor cooking area. The drive up to the villa is quite a drive! but the instructions from Michael meant that you knew exactly where you were and therefore didn't miss any turnings! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Michael, the host,was very helpful with any questions we had too about the local area."
